Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will also ask that you send pictures of the product, as we will not offer exchanges for damaged or otherwise altered goods.

To start the exchange process, you can contact us at formapparelforwomen@gmail.com. Upon contacting us, we will take the necessary steps to make sure your experience is enjoyable and satisfactory throughout.

Once we receive the item you have sent us, we will send the replacement to the address given to us via email. If none is provided, we will send the new product to the address used for the original order.

Please note anything shipped back to us will be at the buyer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Any product labelled as "Final Sale" or that is otherwise indicated as being ineligible for exchanges will not be accepted. Please note, due to the nature of our business, any clothing items that have been worn or otherwise used are not eligible for exchanges.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
